🥞 Miniature Fluffy Pancakes with Honey
Soft, fluffy, golden miniature pancakes made in our tiny kitchen, topped with melting butter and finished with a beautiful drizzle of golden honey. 🍯🥞
🛒 Ingredients
Makes 4–5 tiny pancakes
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 small egg yolk
- ½ tsp sugar
- A tiny pinch of baking powder
- A tiny pinch of salt
- A little butter for cooking
- A small pat of butter for topping
- Honey or maple syrup for serving
👩🍳 Method
1. Add flour, milk, egg yolk, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a small bowl.
2. Whisk until you get a smooth, thick pancake batter.
3. Heat a small pan over low to medium heat and add a little butter.
4. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan to form a tiny round pancake.
5. Cook until the bottom becomes golden brown and the surface starts to set.
6. Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and fluffy.
7. Repeat to make 4–5 miniature pancakes.
8. Stack the pancakes neatly on a small plate.
9. Place a small pat of butter on top and let it begin to melt.
10. Finish with a slow drizzle of golden honey. 🍯✨

- 🍁 Maple syrup
- 🍓 Fresh berries or small pieces of fruit
